Default Flashing LED circuit

Hello there!

This is my first post to PLC and my first electrical circuit attempt. I have a pretty small question to spring to you all;
I am using a 9v Duracell Ulta PP3 battery with the circuit on this link

http://www.kpsec.freeuk.com/projects/random.htm

set up on a 'breadboard' ?? (practise stripboard thing). I am using 2 RGB Rainbow LED's (Each with four legs coming off of them 3 for RGB and one negative -as you all probably know anyway), the three seperate LED's within these LED's require RED - 2.3V GREEN - 3.6v BLUE - 3.6v MAX all at 20mA

I am also using 1 x megabright Green 3.3V at 30mA
1 x megabright Blue 3.3v at 20mA
All these LED's are 5mm in size. My question is how long will the battery last, as before i begin to move the components onto stripboard and even begin to think of soldering anything I would like to know if it is worth using this battery or if I can get away with smaller batteries. I tried to work this out but I don't know hour many mA this battery outputs or how many volts are required when - for example - all LEDs are flashing at their seperate intervals.
It all works awesome as it is but for its use smaller batteries would be ideal. Well, a rechargable battery pack to power it would be ideal but it all needs to be as small as I can possible make it myself - cheaply!

Sorry for the massive post, maybe when I get used to posting then I'll be able to cut out to long chit chat and get to the point!

Cheers for 'listening' any advice appreciated! I can send photos of it if I have misexplained something. Have only just started learing electrical related things this weekend so its touch and go at the mo!
Christian

PS If any of you also experiment with LED poi devices, it would be cool to hear from fellow experimenters.
