Chris is right about Rockwell in my opinion. If you visit Rockwell and register, there is a free download of RSLogix 500 that will allow you to program a 10 point Micrologix. It's a little hard to find, but I think the product number is something like 9324RL0050ENE for the programming software and 9355WAB100ENE for RSLinx Lite, the communication software. This is the real thing and will allow you to program only the 10 point Micrologix. If you search on Ebay you might find one at a reasonable price.
