Off delay timer

Hi,

I use
OMRON PLC with CX PROGRAMMER SOFTWARE.
At the moemnt I want to make OFF DELAY TIMER but I can not find it, except ONDELAY TIMER.
So, does anyone knows, HOW I CAN MAKE OFF DELAY TIMER ?
