IGSS SCADA sample program

Dear All,
Please help me to make a very very small program on S7-200 224XP CPU just one input to operate one output....a switch to turn on and off a lamp
and i want to connect it with IGSS SCADA system.
lets assume the input is I0.0 and output is Q0.0....how can i do it?
Please try to provide it in details....Please
