excessive pincushioning dell1626ht monitor

Hi... I am having a problem with my monitor.. I have really enjoyed it over the years and would like to keep it. I recently heard a ping sound and then my window pincushioned and I have not been able to make the necessary adjustmentsl Hope you guys can help with this .. I have done all my limited self can muster fer an old girl
