Default FS: Cheap! NVidia GeForce MX/2-400

While dicking around with that Google Earth stuff (which was great fun
for awhile - it's true, I can see my RV), it was a horrendous PITA;
neither version (active-x or freegl) would run on my built-in SIS
display driver. So I dig out the ol' Nvidia, and it works fine, I saw
my RV, I saw John's house, and as I might or might not have posted,
it's quite a rush!

So, I did that, and butthook distress is broken, so I couldn't answer;
so I booted Linux (Slackware 10.2), and getting and installing an Nvidia
driver is an incredible PITA, so I've decided to be done with it and go
back to the SIS.

So, here's some pix: the component side
http://www.abiengr.com/~sysop/images/NVidia1.jpg
and the solder side:

And I don't have enough money in my bank account to list it on ebay:

But I think I still have a paypal account...

Which NGs would you recommend that I spam this at? I'll accept practically
any offer, as long as it includes advance payment for shipping. (probably
about eight bucks, for the shipping, in CONUS.).

Thanks,
Rich

The card is really not worth much over $8 at this point in time. I
suggest you keep it and actually try following the installation
instructions for the nVidia driver. It's really not that tough to do.

Especially if you install "module-assistant".
After building a new kernel, it installs with a simple
"module-assistant auto-install nvidia".
You're on Slackware, I don't know how module-assistant
might be provided. If you have dramas, switch to Ubuntu.
Everything just works...

<nvidia on linux>

Go to the nvidia site, download the package, su to root, run the binary
package. It wants kernel sources (or at least headers), so you might also
need that. It IS a pain, but not too much of one.

Use craigslist to sell it if you really don't need it.
