Default genset to house for emergency use

If i have a 32KW genset on a trailer can I use cam-lok type connectors mounted to an enclosure and through a transfer switch to tie it in? I would be running 2 hot, neutral and ground. The neutral and ground are tied to the genset frame. Would I need to use another earth ground at the genset?(IE:Copper rod driven into the earth.
