Default Help - Red Shift Left on NEC CT-2770S TV

Can ayone help me with this?

I really like the TV and wish to keep it.

My NEC CT-2770S displays a red shift to the left (facing TV). It is
most obvious with text, especially the crawls on FOX, CNN, etc.

If someone knows about this, then is it a repair that a
non-professional can accomplish?

If not, then can a TV repair shop easily handle it?

Thanks!

Default Same problem

I have the same TV and the same problem. It's as if the red, green and blue are out of alignment/convergence. Did you get a solution? I phoned NEC and they don't even service or have service manuals anymore for these sets.
Please let me know.
