Controllogix to Videojet Comms

I am working on a project the requires communication from the ControlLogix proc. to a Videojet Excel DN, so far Videojet support has been lacking to say the least.

Videojet provided a Moxa Ethernet to serial converter and some windows based communication parameters. (How to use HyperTerminal to Communicate to the Videojet Excel DN)

So far no luck!

Any insight on how to set up the MSG instruction would be appreciated
