Siemens master/Mitsubishi slave

I have a profibus application with Siemens CPU 319-3 PN/DP Master and Mitsubishi FX3U-32dp PROFIBUS SLAVE MODULE.
Using Siemens 6ES7 318-3EL00-0AB0 software.
Anyone ever commission an application like this? Need all the help or direction I can get. Cannot get Mitsubishi to talk to master, visa versa..How in great detail does it happen?
