I have a ADC200 Picoscope which has a parrallel interface. My new PC does not have a parallel port on is so I need to purchase a converter. The one offered by Picoscope is 50. Has anyone tried to use another converter with success that has a lower price tag?
You just need a converter from USB to Parallel converter that supports power options from the USB to Parallel/Serial. Not all converters use this function, but there are many out there that do. Just get the technical data sheets and ensure they support power options. I have purchased them and never paid over 20.00.
David Thanks for your reply. Have you actually use the adaptor with a Picoscope (vertual oscilloscope) or a similar device with problem free results? Cheers Mike
